Another thing that adds to the frustration of frequent hacks is that the Acclaim support team is quite small in relation to the vast number of problems in this game. As all ready mentioned, Acclaim cannot fix many of the problems from a programming standpoint, so instead they just try to manage it by banning accounts that hack and break rules based on people's screenshots and their investigations. It is widely known that many of these hackers are not permanently banned, and sometimes no action is taken at all. Acclaim support is a frequent complaint amongst players.
Another huge problem in this game is the prevalence of gold-buying (the "2moons dil currency is called "dil"). All items are non-binding and can be traded and sold to whomever (that is a BIG clue that gold-buying will be a problem.) Upgrading items can be beyond frustrating at times and EXTREMELY expensive in this game. This causes many people to buy dil from goldselling sites (who frequently spam the capital cities), MUCH more than in most games I've played. Why does it happen so much in "2moons dil ? Well, there are very few ways to improve your character other than upgrading gear (and leveling of course). This game is about combat and PvP, and every little edge you get in gear makes a HUGE difference since it is basically the only way you can improve your character over someone else's. And since gear is never binding, you don't need to earn the gear if you have money, you can just buy it. In games like WoW, the best gear is "bind-on-pickup" which means that the ONLY way to get that gear is to actually earn it through killing certain bosses, completing dungeons, earning reputation, etc. Even if you had all the money in the world, it would not give you the best gear without actually playing the game. In "2moons dil, if you have money, you can have the best gear. Money is hard to come by nowadays because gear and "argates" (used for upgrading your gear) are so expensive since there is a lot of artificial dil sold by goldsellers flooding the market and inflating the prices on everything. An honest player finds it extremely difficult to compete with gold buyers, and there are a ton of them.
