And for as cool as the character models are in this game, there is very little customization. You cannot pick the gender of your character, gender is tied to class. For example, Bagi's are male and segnales are female. Always. Plus, every character in a given class looks the same. That's right, EXACTLY the same. And there is very little customization armor-wise. You will look like everyone else at your level (but you might glow more depending on how highly upgraded your armor is).

Also, the cash shop in this game is notoriously over-priced, although there are frequent sales. At regular price, a mount (that only adds 34% extra speed, consider that the slowest mount in WoW gives 40%) is $36-40. The cash shop items do help, but probably moreso than any other free-to-play game, they are NOT necessary. (The experience increase you get with a cash shop item is only +20%, the item that increases argating chances only increases your success rate by 18%; these are not godly, game-breaking items.)

Last thing I will say as a con (and it needs to be said) is that this game does attract a very immature community. This of course is not everyone, but being a free-to-play game with open PvP that is easy to hack and being a game that touts itself as a "mature" game that exmphasizes NOT showing anyone pity or mercy has created an "anything goes" environment where you will meet some of the rudest, classless, vindictive people in any game you will ever play, who will grief you, scam you, and ruin your game experience just for the hell of it. You will also meet some of the coolest, but it needs to be said: there are some really bad seeds in this game.
